Cortijo Los Vianes Location : Near Berchules Ref : BSE167 €375.000 Click to convert to £ Sterling Los Vianes is a large, stone faced and fully renovated cortijo set in the picturesque Natural Park of the Sierra Nevada. The house is approached by an unsurfaced track that takes 5 minutes from the nearest surfaced road ( 4x4 recommended but not essential ) and is located at the top of the land. Above the Contraviesa is the sea, about 30 kms away, and on the clearest days of the year the Rif mountains of Morocco appear in view.
Water for the house and irrigating the land is supplied by a private natural spring which the current owners have been drinking for 5 years with no ill effects ! Electricity is provided by a professionally installed 6 panel/12 battery solar system with a 3KW inverter to provide mains standard electricity within the buildings. Telephone and broadband Internet are possible via the Iberbanda wireless network. Unusually the property has central heating via radiators installed throughout.
