The nearest beach is a 30 minute drive to Adra, and the nearest airport is Almeria, although Granada airport is not too much further.
This is an amazing property. The location is tranquil and sunny. There are no nearby or visible neighbours. The house is large and recently built. We rarely encounter property with as many sought-after features and so few disadvantages. Early viewing is recommended.
