I have noticed that a number of local estate agents web sites have recently closed down (two in Ugijar) Does anyone know if they have closed the offices down?

Certainly here inAlbunol we had several agents that sprouted up over the last five years, most have now gone.

Really sorry to do this, but this kind of question has often got me into deep water in the past as the Message Board administrator because a tiny minority of message board users like to use their anonymity when posting to air personal vendettas. So I'm going to answer your question myself publicly as best I can,then close this thread, and anyone else can send you a personal message should they wish to do so.

Yes, there is an estate agent office remaining in Cadiar called Sunshine Property. My personal experience of the business is limited, but I have absolutely no reason to believe they are anything other than honest. If I were selling or buying I would certainly give them a call.
