I´ve recently ditched telefonica and Orange dial up for Iberbanda and WiFi...at last I´m in 21st century...anyway the technician who installed router etc didn´t speak much English (but then why should he?) so my question is......
When we go away on holiday for a couple of weeks, should I switch off/unplug the router etc, if I do, will it cause any problems when we get back and switch on again?

Hi Sandy, we have had Iberbanda for some time. There is no problem if you unplug your router. Steve.

It should be fine to turn it off, but you don't really need to. It won't use much power and it's not going to overheat or anything like that. The Alpujarra power cuts will turn it off for you anyway!
