Hi
We would like to buy a property with some land, connectible to mains electricity, and quite near - prerably walkable - to either orgiva or Lanjaron. We cannot afford anything too expensive - possibly up to 140K with a mortgage (if we are able to get one!). This figure would have to cover ALL costs including building costs. We would even consider a building plot on which to construct a house or nave.
We would be most grateful if anyone can point us in the right direction. We have of course tried a number of estate agents and seen some properties already but there have been unfortunate drawbacks in each case - mainly involving going over budget which we just cannot afford to do now.
