If a Town Hall has issued a final occupation License , and property is occupied , is it not a health problem if toilets cant be flushed or no washing facilities available ?
My solicitor lays the blame with Town hall for issuing the licence , when water and electric is not there for connection.
Is there in Spain , a depertment that one could contact to make them aware of the health issues , and possibly chase up the Town Hall ?
