You agree, through your use of The Alpujarras Message Board, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum, and any related websites to this forum. We at the Las Alpujarras Message Board also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any information we have about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.

Las Alpujarras Message Board Post Moderation Policy

The purpose of the Las Alpujarras Message Board is to facilitate constructive communication about matters relevant to the Alpujarras region and Spain in general.

The board administrator reserves the right to delete, to modify, and to censor any post which :

a) conflicts with the stated purpose of the board

b) is irrelevant to the stated purpose of the board

c) is potentially offensive to anyone whatsoever

d) is negative about identifiable persons or businesses

The board administrator will be solely and wholly responsible for judging posts against the stated criteria. Persistent or particularly malicious posters will be immediately excluded from posting to the board. Abusive complaints about the board administrators decisions will be subject to the same sanctions as all posts.

Note that if you register and at any time do not make any posts for a 6 month period we reserve the right to delete your account. You can of course then re-register.
